A Typical Session
We swim every Tuesday at EGHAM ORBIT, Egham.
We meet in the foyer at about 10.45am and make our way through to change for our session starting at 11.30am. We can organise transport by bus for those who find it difficult to get there (availability permitting).
There is help for those who need assistance with changing, subject to their need and our availability of equipment and volunteers.
Volunteers are on hand to assist members throughout the session e.g accessing the water, exercising, socialising etc.
Members are free to swim in the main and training pool. Group exercise is at 12.15pm for those who wish, and we always finish with fun actions to music. The pool session finishes at 1pm but members meet in the foyer/cafe area once changed for 'tea and a chat'.
Finally, we depart on our way by 2pm exhausted but happy.
