How do I become a member?Download our Members Application and Notification of Needs Form. Complete it. If you require additional assistance, download our Assessment of Needs Form. Complete it. What proof do I need to provide to become a member?One of each category is required: Proof of Residency Copy of Council Tax Bill Copy of Utilities Bill eg gas, electric, water or fixed line telephone but not a mobile phone bill (within the last 3 months) Current UK driving license Bank statement Mortgage Statement Proof of Disability Copy of award letter from the Department for Work and Pensions showing eligibility for disability benefits Copy of Blue Badge Copy of Disabled Bus Pass Evidence of a rehabilitation need where water therapy would aid recovery Or download Pricing & Eligibility document.

How much do you charge to join Egham Constellations?Membership is currently £25 per annum and renewed annually on 1st July.

What does it cost to swim?For members residing in Runnymede, it is FREE. For members residing outside Runnymede, it is £2 per swim to be paid to Egham Orbit. For a member's carer, it is FREE. For a volunteer, it is FREE. Or download Pricing & Proof document.

How do I make a complaint?Download our Complaints Procedure document here.

Can you provide transport?Yes. Bus Transport can be provided by Runnymede Borough Community Transport if you live in Runnymede (subject to availability). The bus picks you up and returns you to your door. The cost is currently £48.00 per month (but this is subject to members' usage). Once registered, your transportation needs will be discussed.
